options following its recent financial restructuring. According to Bloomberg, Africa-focused BBI, Paris

Telecel Group (not covered) is among the bidders, while private equity firm Epiris has partnered

with PXC Executive Chairman Tom O’Hagan to submit an offer. Octopus Investments is also said

to be interested, with bids reportedly valuing PXC in the hundreds of millions of pounds.

Separately, Vodafone has reportedly submitted a bid for TalkTalk’s consumer business. The

potential transactions reflect TalkTalk’s ongoing efforts to reshape its operations after

separating its wholesale and consumer units in 2024, amid increasing competitive pressure
