The PROMIS of Precision Amyloid Oligomer Targeting: Initiating OW

PMN Investment Summary
ProMIS is a CNS/neurodegenerative disease focused biotech, not on most investors’ radar.
• PMN uses its EpiSelect Platform to design mAbs & vaccines that selectively recognize toxic misfolded proteins to slow/halt disease progression.
We see PMN shares as attractive for the following reasons:
1. Lead asset PMN310 (Fast Track) is an anti-Aβ mAb being developed for Alzheimer’s disease (AD) with properties that may drive a differentiated
efficacy & safety profile vs approved Aβ mAbs lecanemab & donanemab
• PMN310 has a distinct binding profile vs approved/failed Aβ mAbs it’s highly selective for Aβ oligomers (AβOs) vs monomers, fibrils, & plaque.
o A wealth of scientific data suggest that AβOs may be a key neurotoxic Aβ species that drives Alzheimer's progression if the case, PMN310 may
show a differentiated efficacy profile vs approved Aβ mAbs.
o Preclinical data show that PMN310 does not bind to Aβ plaque it may lead to differentiated safety profile with ARIA rates in line with pbo.
2. P1b data readout may act as near-term value driver.
• 6-month blinded interim P1b PRECISE-AD biomarker & safety (ARIA) data in 3Q26 – could increase confidence in a positive 12-month readout.
• 12-month data in 1Q27 – if positive, could drive significant upside to current trading levels.
3. Early-stage neurodegenerative focused pipeline represents free call options, in our view.
• These programs are high-risk/reward, which little to no credit being given – they represent upside to our explicit projections. They include:
o mAb based assets targeting TDP-43 for ALS & FTD, & α-synuclein for Parkinson’s, MSA, & DLB.
o Vaccines for ALS, FTD, MSA, Aβ & α-synuclein.
