AI Disruption Narrative Likely to Continue - Quick Thoughts on the Space. The recent clean, strong results from most CROs

have somewhat allayed concerns that pharma's adoption of AI could begin to negatively impact the CRO industry's near-term demand

environment. While we agree that the traditional CRO model may need to evolve as AI reduces reliance on manual and repetitive tasks,

AI adoption in clinical development remains in its early stages, characterized by broad experimentation, elevated investment, and limited

near-term pricing impact. AI is already delivering incremental efficiency gains; however, its more meaningful economic implications -

particularly around pricing structures, staffing models, and service delivery - are unlikely to become fully evident for another 12-24 months

as adoption matures and customers begin demanding tangible cost savings and productivity improvements. Importantly, we believe

there is a compelling counterargument related to the drug pipeline expansion. Several pharma companies have indicated that AI-driven

investments in drug discovery could meaningfully expand the volume of drug candidates entering development. If realized, a larger and

more productive R&D pipeline would likely increase demand for CRO services, creating a tailwind that may materialize faster than current

investor sentiment implies. Finally, AI represents a potential margin tailwind for CROs themselves. Beyond supporting better trial execution

and decision-making, AI-driven automation and workflow enhancements should improve operational efficiency, reduce labor intensity,

and ultimately support margin expansion over time.
