AstraZeneca

AstraZeneca only guides catalyst timelines by the half year so we have estimated which

catalysts might fall in this quarter based on clinical trial primary completion dates. The

three catalysts that dominate our recent conversations with investors are (in order we

estimate they might readout);

1) Wainua/eplontersen - P3 CARDIO-TTRansform in ATTR-CM; primary completion

date was April 2026.

2) Datroway - P3 AVANZAR study in 1L NSCLC; primary completion date in November

2027 but we estimate it might readout around July or August

3) Camizestrant - P3 SERENA-4 in 1L HR+ HER2- breast cancer; primary completion

date is August

Please note that these are event-driven trials and that the actual order these trials

readout could be completely different to our estimates. In addition to these three major

catalysts, we have highlighted: 4) the possible presentation of P3 tozorakimab COPD

data at ERS (Sept 5-9); and 5) P3 data for CLDN 18.2 directed ADC sonesitatug vedotin

in 2L+ gastric cancer.

P3 Cardio-TTRansform study of eplontersen in ATTR-CM

Drug: Wainua (eplontersen) is a transthyretin silencer

Catalyst: P3 readout of the CARDIO-TTRansform study (NCT04136171)

evaluating the efficacy of silencer eplontersen compared to placebo in participants

with ATTR-CM receiving available standard of care (SoC).

UBS view: We think if there is a statistically significant and clinically meaningful

benefit on the primary endpoint of the CARDIO-TTRansform study that Wainua
