646 562 1308 Ahead of data from the pivotal Ph. III SHASTA-3/4 trials of plozasiran in sHTG, we updated our survey and KOL work, reviewed supportive

joseph.thome@tdsecurities.com data, and evaluated expectations. We remain hopeful, and our analysis supports that plozasiran will show a similar ~60-70% reduction in TG

Peyton Bohnsack, Ph.D. (primary) and comparable AP risk reduction as IONS' olezarsen. sHTG is a large market with data a key catalyst for ARWR. Buy.

peyton.bohnsack@tdsecurities.com APOC3 Inhibition Has The Potential To Become A Leading Treatment Option For sHTG

Topline data from the pivotal Ph. III "SHASTA-3/4" trials of plozasiran in severe hypertriglyceridemia are expected in Q3. Plozasiran is an

APOC3 inhibitor that is approved in the most severe form of sHTG, familial chylomicronemia syndrome. Silencing APOC3 enhances TG

lipolysis and clearance of triglyceride-rich lipoproteins. Elevated TGs are associated with many comorbidities including a higher incidence of

life-threatening acute pancreatitis events. Across the spectrum of dyslipidemia disorders, plozasiran has been shown to lower TG levels and

reduce the risk of AP events. In addition, two other APOC3 inhibitors, IONS' Tryngolza (olezarsen) and Waylivra (volanesorsen), are approved

for FCS, and have shown these attributes as well.

Our KOLs Have Increasingly High Conviction That Plozasiran Will Be Successful In The SHASTA-3/4 Trials In sHTG
