oncology. While Medicare Part B reimbursement remains relatively consistent

across Medicare FFS and the large Medicare Advantage plans, our speaker Liz Li

emphasized that commercial contracts continue to be the largest determinant of Research Associate

practice profitability, with reimbursement ranging from roughly 105% on the low +1-617-251-2782

end to 125% to 132% on the high end of Medicare allowable depending on contract

quality. The discussion also reinforced our prior view that manufacturers are

increasingly focused on preserving ASP, while highlighting emerging risks around

PBM cost-plus reimbursement and meaningful upside from potential 340B reform

and site neutrality. Overall, we viewed that call as providing a high level of detail and

largely confirmatory of what we already know, and we continue to view the long-

term outlook for community oncology as favorable and believe these dynamics

remain supportive of wholesalers' continued investment in oncology platforms and

MSO capabilities.
