solar power applications. The partnership will focus on creating and validating solar

materials capable of withstanding extreme space conditions such as atomic oxygen

erosion, radiation, vacuum environments, and severe temperature fluctuations, with

HFAM providing aerospace-grade materials and Yanhe conducting testing and in-orbit

verification. This marks Yanhe’s third major space solar partnership in June, following

agreements with Tongwei to develop high-efficiency tandem solar cells and flexible

solar wings, and with Yunyao Aerospace to advance perovskite solar wings for

commercial meteorological satellite constellations. Through these collaborations, Yanhe

aims to accelerate the commercialization of space solar technologies, including large-

scale in-orbit testing and deployment of perovskite-based solar systems by 2028. As a

startup specializing in perovskite solar technology, Yanhe is building a comprehensive

space solar ecosystem spanning material innovation, satellite integration, manufacturing,

and aerospace applications through partnerships with leading industry names.

Solar: Polysilicon prices down but wafer prices stable

The China Silicon Industry Association (CSIA)’s weekly solar price report indicated that

polysilicon prices fell slightly. N‑type polysilicon transaction prices fell by 0.6% WoW to

RMB33.2/kg, while granular polysilicon prices dropped by 1.52% WoW to RMB32.5/kg.

Wafer prices remained stable. The N‑type G10L wafer transaction price remained at

RMB0.9/piece, the N‑type G12R price stayed at RMB0.99/piece, and the N‑type G12

price was flat at RMB1.17/piece.
