Financial. Takis joined Fiserv in late 2024, serving as Chief Operating Officer of

Technology and Merchant Solutions and most recently as Co-President overseeing the

Merchant Solutions business. Prior to Fiserv, Takis spent over 17 years at JP Morgan,

most recently as Global Head of Payments, where he led product, technology, sales, and

operations across the bank’s payments franchise. As part of the press release, Fiserv also

reiterated its FY 2026 outlook (which calls for ~6-8% revenue growth in 2H and requires

timing/implementation execution on certain contracts and offerings) but stopped short

of reiterating and/or commenting on its medium term guidance metrics provided at the
