weekly average scripts in April and May exceeded those of Jan-Mar (Figure 1). We think +1-212-649 8207

the uptick in April likely reflects a rebound from 1Q seasonality as patients refill their

prescriptions and new patients start office visits. We also think the increase in weekly

scripts trends in May indicates potential menin maintenance use post-HSCT. Monthly

scripts also showed consistent growth trends since launch in 2024, and the most recent

approval in NPM1 fueled further growth since Oct (Figure 3). Komzifti has shown

steady and stable growth since January with a slight uptick on 06/12. We think

the uptick could be driven by the company's presence at EHA, which helped increase

physician awareness of Komzifti's safety and combo benefits to support pot'l off-label

use.

SNDX: Revuforj tracking favorably in 2Q26

Revuforj scripts have increased weekly since Jan (Figure 1). Scripts rebounded in April

and spiked mid-May. Cumulative scripts reflect consistent upward momentum since Jan

(Figure 2). Monthly scripts have trended up since Oct'25 label expansion in NPM1 (Figure

3).
