Orange - Tightens control over MasOrange governance

Orange has reshaped the governance of MasOrange following its move to full ownership,

reducing the size of the board and replacing mostly Spanish private equity representatives

(such as Miguel Segura, Inaki Cobo) with French senior executives from Orange. Meinrad

Spenger remains CEO and Laurent Martínez continues as non-executive chairman, new

appointments include senior leaders from Orange’s residential business and cybersecurity

division. The overhaul aligns MasOrange with Orange’s broader structure and priorities,

Iridium - Advance IoT NTN connectivity with live chipset testing

Iridium has announced that Mlink Technology has begun live over-the-air testing of its MS150-IR

IoT-NTN chipset using Iridium NTN Direct, marking a key step toward commercial deployment

later in 2026. The MS150-IR, tailored specifically for Iridium’s 3GPP standards-based non-

terrestrial network, enables low-power IoT devices to extend connectivity globally beyond

terrestrial coverage through a single satellite platform. This development highlights growing

ecosystem momentum, with Mlink joining other chipset partners supporting Iridium NTN Direct,

which leverages a constellation of 66 low Earth orbit satellites to deliver low-latency, reliable

NB-IoT and device-to-device connectivity. The solution is designed for applications such as

asset tracking, agriculture, utilities, and remote monitoring, while reducing integration barriers
