to any wider release. This news follows the US government's imposition of export

controls on Anthropic's Mythos model due to security related concerns.

We see this shift in policy as concerning for the broader AI ecosystem including

hardware vendors. If frontier model innovation is forced to slow, we could see

model builders reexamine their spending priorities and/or eventually inference

adoption also moderate if the rate of improvement in model capabilities slows.

Having said this, we have consistently seen this administration (in most cases)

transition policies when economics are threatened and we would not yet assume

the recent hold-ups in model releases represent a new base case for policy. Axios

View: Yesterday's Mac and iPad price increases were well telegraphed and should

have been expected. Again, we would remind investors that we believe Apple

remains advantaged in sourcing memory (better pricing and access to parts) vis a

vis competitors and that the magnitude of Apple's price increases to offset higher

pricing (15% - 20% for Macs and 15% - 25% for iPads) should arguably be seen as
