• R2000 The Doctors Company (privately held; not in the FTSE Russell Indexes) will acquire ProAssurance Corp for cash. In the transaction, each share of ProAssurance Corp will be exchanged for $25.00 in cash. The merger was

approved at ProAssurance Corp shareholder meeting on June 24, 2025. ProAssurance Corp will be removed from the FTSE Russell indexes upon the completion of the merger.
