Adnan Alam is a former Director of Strategic AI Integrations at OpenAI, where he worked

on embedding advanced AI into high-impact products, and former Director at Microsoft

(most recently within Generative Agentic AI). He brings over 20 years of experience across

AI, machine learning, and software, combining deep technical expertise with leadership

across large-scale product and monetisation platforms.

Meet the Analysts

Alice Jennings is an Assistant Vice President in the

European Software and Payments team. She joined

Barclays in summer 2022 after completing an internship in

2021 in the Diversified Financials team. Alice holds a

degree in Economics with Industrial Experience from the

University of Exeter, as part of which she spent a year

working at the Bank of England as a Research Assistant.
