To Refresh “i8” / “MEGA” in September Along with Falling “i6” SUV Delivery

According to dealer estimates, Li Auto's "i6" SUV is projected to receive ~16,000

new nationwide orders in June, with a reduced waiting time of 3-5 weeks

currently (compared to 4-6 weeks in May). This is expected to translate into a

delivery volume of ~20,000 units / ~16,000 units for the "i6" SUV in June / July.

Concurrently, Li Auto is strategically preparing for facelifts of its "i8" SUV and

"MEGA" MPV, scheduled for September, by clearing existing inventory with

enhanced discounts. The "i8" SUV now benefits from an additional RMB 10,000

cash discount, effective June 15, supplementing its existing RMB 10,000 auto

insurance subsidy. Furthermore, Li Auto intends to introduce a single e-motor

version of the "i8," likely to be priced below the current RMB 340k mark. For the

"MEGA" MPV, a RMB 40,000 cash subsidy has replaced its prior RMB 25,000

auto insurance subsidy. Looking ahead, Li Auto is also gearing up to launch the

new-generation "L6" SUV in July 2026, which is anticipated to become a

significant volume driver for the company.

Extensive 2026-2027 Product Strategy: EREV Updates and Aggressive EV

Expansion

Dealers have disclosed Li Auto's forward-looking product roadmap, which

includes comprehensive plans for both its Extended-Range Electric Vehicle

(EREV) and pure electric vehicle (EV) offerings. In 2026, Li Auto aims to refresh

all four of its current EREV models—the L9, L8, L7, and L6. This will be followed

in 2027 by the introduction of an even larger SUV, designated as the "LX."

Concurrently, the company is set for aggressive expansion in the pure electric

segment.
