STRL Mgmt. Meeting Highlights: Bigger Projects, Greater Visibility

Summary

the outlook for 2027-29 as continuing to expand in both project size and

number of projects. Management said 2026 is already in good shape,

2027 is developing, and capacity planning is increasingly focused on 2028

and beyond. The demand stack discussed in the meeting included data

centers, pharma, semiconductor fabs, LNG, reshoring, and other industrial

infrastructure.

Data centers remain the near-term anchor, but management said pharma

activity is expected around 2028 and semiconductor activity around 2030.

The team also discussed a current semiconductor project that could

ultimately span four buildings and keep STRL on site for roughly 6–7 years,

underscoring that the company is planning for longer-duration, multi-phase

industrial projects rather than only near-term data center work.

Stone Ridge adds capacity in the Pacific Northwest and supports near-

term coverage in West Texas. Management said it had been evaluating the

Pacific Northwest for roughly 18 months, as customer plans increasingly

indicated significant activity beginning in 2027-28. Stone Ridge provides

a stronger position across Idaho and Oregon while also contributing to

current activity in West Texas. Stone Ridge’s margin profile is consistent

with that of mid-sized site development contractors, which generally have

smaller equipment fleets and rent more equipment. Management expects

margin improvement through STRL’s equipment base, access to larger

projects, productivity, and the broader platform.
