We are initiating coverage of Atrium Therapeutics (RNA) with an OW rating, and a 12-month PT of $25.

Who is Atrium?

■ Atrium is a near-clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on RNA delivery via combining monoclonal antibodies

(with tissue selectivity) and targeted delivery ligands with oligonucleotides.

■ Atrium is pursuing treatment for protein kinase AMP-activated non-catalytic subunit gamma 2 (PRKAG2) syndrome and

phospholamban (PLN) cardiomyopathy through its next-generation targeted antibody oligonucleotide (AOC) therapies

ATR 1072 and ATR 1086, respectively.

■ Notably, Atrium was spun out of Avidity Biosciences following Novartis' (NC) acquisition of Avidity and was established

to advance the precision cardiology asset portfolio.
