We attended Stripe Tour London 2026 and provide a recap of updates announced,

along with industry takeaways. At this event Stripe presented its latest product roadmap

and strategy across payments, AI commerce, billing, embedded finance, Treasury and

stablecoins. As part of this report, we provide a selection of panel discussion recaps

(including from the likes of Stripe's various teams/leaders, alongside Lloyds Bank, Sage,

Treatwell, Magnific, Cleo, among others).

Temenos buys additiv to deepen Wealth capabilities (link)

Temenos has agreed to acquire Swiss wealth orchestration platform additiv in a move to

deepen its wealth management capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed, though

additiv brings a strong operating profile with 30+ clients, c.200 employees, +90 NPS,

138% net revenue retention and double-digit ARR growth. The platform integrates data

and process steps into a single orchestration layer spanning onboarding, investment

proposition management and compliant service delivery, enabling institutions to design

and launch wealth offerings across both digital and adviser-led channels, improve

productivity and accelerate time-to-market. Strategically, the deal adds mass-affluent

capabilities and extends Temenos’ core banking platform into more advanced customer

journeys while supporting AI deployment within workflows, with the potential to

broaden reach across retail, universal and wealth banks globally (including expansion

opportunities such as the US). The transaction is structured c.50/50 cash and equity,

expected to close in early 3Q26, and is guided to be neutral for FY26 EBIT, EPS and FCF.
