generated the most buzz in our conversations. The demand logic connects directly to what we mentioned earlier in the note: ifSECURITY AI token costs are ballooning and customers need to rationalize that spend, then LLM Observability — which provides visibility

into LLM performance and token consumption — becomes the tool that pays for itself. The customer we spoke with said they

plan to start using LLM Observability imminently, citing pressure from management to reduce token costs. While partnersAND characterized adoption as still early, we think the intensifying pain around AI costs creates a natural demand pull that could make

this product more material in the near-term. This is a step forward from DASH 2025, where our customers were less bullish on

LLM Observability noting it faced more competition from startups. But consistent with our March checks where LLM Observability

stood out positively as market DDOG appears to be cornering. We think the combination of partnership-driven positioning and

organic demand from ballooning AI costs puts DDOG in a strong spot here. Separately, Bits AI received positive call outs at DASH

with 100+ new capabilities released and aggressive marketing from DDOG. But it is best understood as the "AI glue" that holds

together the DDOG platform rather than a standalone revenue driver today. Our contacts noted that the opportunity with both

products is early, but we are more constructive on LLM Observability near-term given its direct link to a quantifiable customer
