our updated thoughts on CAVA, BROS, and AW.CN as we approach the end of Q2.

We are constructive on BROS, where our recent 7 Brew checks give us confidence

in consumer demand. Our RBC Elements™ location data shows the brands an

increasing overlap between the brands, which doesn't appear to be impacting BROS

traffic growth. CAVA: We continue to have confidence in the growth trajectory,

given they're effectively in a category of one in the fast-growing Mediterranean

segment, in our view, and it's increasing their lower-income wallet share despite its

relatively premium price point compared to quick service. AW.CN: Catalysts for the

stock remain somewhat limited given a challenging macro backdrop and relatively

low trading volume, which constrains the addressable shareholder base. That said,

the company's new standalone store concept lowers construction costs by ~C$500k

and could enable faster unit growth over time.

Last week, the Standing Senate Committee on Transport and Communications

released the "Keep Canada Moving" report, which recommends the creation of

a supply chain tribunal to evaluate labour disputes at ports and railways, with

arbitration available as a backstop when a work stoppage risks broader national

interest.
