equity transactions up to a maximum of 1.155% of the contract amount, tax included. The minimum commission is JPY2,750, tax included. (If the value of the contract amount is less than

JPY2,750 at the time of sale, we charge a brokerage commission of 99.0% of the contract amount, tax included.) These commissions are based on a tax rate of 10%. If the consumption

tax rate changes, the new tax rate shall be applied from the date of the change.
