Juniper Integration Remains Ahead of Schedule: Antonio Neri noted

that HPE closed the Juniper transaction on July 2 and, within five

months, had brought in ~10,000 Juniper employees, outlined a

roadmap across campus/branch, data center switching, security and

routing, and moved to a unified sales organization. The software

updates centered on bringing the best capabilities from each platform

across the broader installed base, with Marvis Actions is coming to

Aruba Central, HPE Aruba CX switches will be supported in Mist for day

0/1/2 operations and HPE said both platforms will continue to be

developed under a common agentic AI framework. HPE also pointed to

early hardware cross-pollination, noting its dual platform 723H access

point is now generally available and works with both Mist and Aruba

Central.

Server Demand Remains Durable: Management pushed back on the

idea that higher hardware costs are slowing traditional server demand,

instead saying HPE has seen acceleration as customers modernize

infrastructure for new AI and inference use cases. HPE added that

enterprises still need to free up space, power and cooling capacity, and

Antonio cited the ability to consolidate seven Gen10 servers into one

latest gen server while reducing energy consumption. HPE Financial

Services also appears to be playing a larger and maybe

underappreciated role in enabling these refreshes, with customers

using HPE FS to accelerate depreciation of legacy assets, remove old

infrastructure, free up capital and increasingly shift AI-related

deployments toward opex-based consumption models.
