What caught our eye this week

ACS/Hochtief. CIMIC’s Leighton Asia has been awarded a contract to deliver a luxury residential project in Mumbai, India, for

Embassy Developments Limited, India’s major real estate developer. The project, known as Embassy Citadel, is located in the

South Mumbai area and will generate revenue of approximately AUD132m for Leighton Asia. Construction is scheduled to begin in

July 2026.

ACS/Hochtief. According to Spanish business newspaper Expansion, in 2022, ACS, through its subsidiary Turner, became the

largest contractor for Ascend Elements, the company behind the project to build the country's first automotive battery factory

using recycled materials. The plant, located in Kentucky, envisioned investments of up to USD1bn and its business plan focused
