Nantucket Preview. We are looking forward to Jefferies' Nantucket Consumer Conference next

week, on 6/16-6/17, with 20 companies in our GLL coverage being represented. Our recent preview

note HERE which contains several questions for Mgmt. teams at the conference. Following is a

selection of the companies and categories we highlight.

Lodging C-corps and REITs. Among the companies in attendance will be HLT, MAR, H and WH,

with a keen focus on the sustained positive RevPAR growth trends in 2026, sustainability of NUG

and AI strategies, all of which vary from company to company. Further, the YTD strength of Lodging

REITs should be highlighted by RHP and XHR, which have indicated continued solid trends recently

at NAREIT.

Watching Timeshares. We expect to allocate meaningful attention to timeshares, given all three

covered companies (VAC, TNL, HGV) will be with us in Nantucket.
