Elroy Air Background. Elroy Air is a 10-year-old company enabling autonomous delivery of critical

cargo for defense, commercial, and rapid response use cases. The Chaparral is a heavy-payload

cargo drone with no pilot onboard, designed for direct point-to-point cargo movement in the

underserved middle mile. Elroy sees a nearly $0.5TT TAM, with active defense work across the

U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, Japanese Army, and allied forces, plus nearly 1,400

commercial backlog units from customers including Bristow, FedEx, Barq Group, and others.

Production Scaling Moves To 2027. Elroy views 2025 as a key validation year, with the aircraft

demonstrating vertical takeoff, transition to wing-borne flight, landing, and point-to-point delivery,

supporting the shift from R&D into productionization. Kratos is the signed U.S. manufacturing

partner, with pre-production expected on a Sacramento line in Q4 2026, durability testing next year,

and scaled production beginning in 2027. A second Kratos facility in Oklahoma City provides a path

to higher-volume production over time, while the $200MM Barq Group JV adds a planned Abu Dhabi
