SRFM Overview. Surf Air Mobility is building an air mobility platform focused on regional aviation,

with three interconnected business across commuter airline operations, on-demand private charter,

and SurfOS software. SRFM operates one of the largest commuter airlines in the US, has a decade

of flying short-haul networks in the US and within Hawaii, and supports private charter through a

network of 440+ operators. The company views the platform as a way to gather real world data and

build and validate software for regional air mobility.

Regional Aviation Is The Initial Electrification And Software Market. SRFM believes the next

growth segment in broader aviation will occur first in short-haul regional aircraft, where smaller

aircraft can adopt electrification technologies and AI-enabled software before larger commercial

aircraft. The company frames its platform opportunity across charter aviation, scheduled airline

services, and the MRO aftermarket for smaller aircraft, representing an estimated $156BB global
