GSI channel gives Rubrik a built-in distribution advantage that should support continued large deal momentum.

3) New Identity Resilience Capabilities. Rubrik announced Identity Roll Forward, which enables organizations to reconstruct

Active Directory environments by identifying, isolating, and reversing unauthorized changes while preserving legitimate

updates such as employee onboarding and offboarding. The company also introduced Identity Continuity, powered by its

acquisition of Strata.io, which enables automatic failover to a secondary identity provider, helping maintain user access to

applications during identity outages or cyber incidents. Both offerings are in private preview. We view these additions as

solid extensions of Rubrik's identity security platform, which surpassed $50M in subscription ARR in F1Q and grew 38%

sequentially.

4) Rubrik AI. The company announced Rubrik AI, an agentic layer that operates across Rubrik Security Cloud and Rubrik

Agent Cloud as a single agent reasoning over data, identity, and customer-deployed agents. Key capabilities include Agentic

Mode, which enables autonomous action across Rubrik Security Cloud and Agent Cloud, Agentic Guardrails that ensure

autonomous actions remain auditable and reversible, and Orchestrated Workflows that automate recovery processes. Rubrik

AI is designed to help customers respond to both AI-driven threats and risks introduced by internally deployed AI agents.
