We recently hosted Ollin Biosciences for a fireside chat with Co-founder and

CEO Jason Ehrlich, MD, PhD (previously CMO at KOD) at our UBS Private Biotech

Innovation Summit in NYC. Ollin Bio is advancing a next-gen more potent and smaller

format version of Roche's faricimab (VEGF x Ang2) into Phase III trials in DME and wet

AMD based on positive Phase IB data head-to-head against faricimab.

Lead candidate OLN324 is a second-gen anti-VEGF/Ang2 bispecific licensed from

Innovent that is designed to be optimized on 3 axes vs. first-gen VEGF/Ang2 Roche's

faricimab: (1) 30-60x more potent on Ang2, (2) smaller format (41 kDa vs. faricimab 149

kDa) for better diffusion into the subretinal space, and (3) higher molar dose vs faricimab

and aflibercept 2 or 8mg. Together, co believes these features will help OLN324 achieve

better anatomical outcomes vs. faricimab and comparable (or even better) outcomes on

vision due to a more potent molecule.
