$10-13/month D customer bill increase and higher wholesale prices. IL data

PRIM: President of Renewables Replaced. PRIM announced that Anthony Vorderbruggen will

depart the company effective immediately. PRIM is conducting a search to identify a permanent

replacement for the role, which will include internal and external candidates. Another discouraging

development following the surprise 1Q26 financial disappointment and revised guidance related to six

challenged renewables projects. Still think 2Q is low; impact limited. Watch for buyback.

D/Power: RGGI auction clears at record high but lower than spot prices. VA customers could

see a +$10-13/month jump. The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative'S (RGGI) latest June auction

cleared at $35/ton, up from $25/ton in the prior March auction. An underappreciated driver of

wholesale power prices. Dominion (D) bills to increase $10-13/month.

EXC/AEE/Power: IL makes a cautious step on data center support - the latest power negative.

Illinois Governor JB Pritzker released a data center framework and announced a data center tax

incentive pause on June 5. A key point of the Governor is that "Data Centers Should Support the

Development of New Clean Energy." Cautious for Illinois IPPs and utilities, primarily EXC.
