The Top 10 Updates That Jumped Out This Past Month:

1. Continued Strength For Thematic Flows As Improvement Broadens Out (slides 14-16): Our latest rundown on thematic fund flows points to

continued strength in Clean Energy, Transition Materials, Sustainable Infrastructure, and Sustainable Technology fund flows. In many of these

instances inflows are still tracking below past highs. In this month’s update we’ve noticed that improvement has broadened out to additional

thematic categories with outflows from Environmental Solutions and Circular Economy funds easing back. Most of these trends have mirrored

2026 performance track records and flows have been supported by AI/datacenter narratives and national security / resilience policy measures. In

terms of thematic areas that are not showing signs of improvement, we continue to see persistent outflows from Water funds and deteriorating

flows for Health & Wellbeing funds.

2. Sustainable Fund Performance Has Improved So Far In 2Q26 (slides 28-31): Actively managed sustainable funds saw tougher relative returns in

1Q26 (vs. their traditional fund peers) due to strong outperformance of Energy (a key underweight position for sustainable funds) as well as the
