F1Q27 Solid Execution, But Agentic Still Outside the Model

1) Agentic Opportunity. AI and non-human identity offerings are gaining

momentum, with NHIs representing 40% of Q1 identity growth and 14% of

all identities managed in SailPoint’s cloud offering. Management also noted

a >50% ARR increase in customers adopting advanced non-human identity

capabilities, while emerging products contributed 20% of NNARR in Q1, up

from 17% sequentially. We believe SailPoint’s Agentic Fabric, launched in

May, is well positioned to capitalize on the growth of agentic technologies

by extending core IGA principles to AI agents, including ownership, least

privilege, behavioral monitoring, and real time authorization. Management

noted that agentic pipeline doubled in Q1 and expects contribution to show

up more meaningfully in 2H FY27, though the current guide includes very

minimal contribution.

2) NRR. SailPoint reported solid NRR of 113% in F1Q27, down 200 bps y/

y but flat sequentially, supported by migrations, emerging product attach,

and continued upsell and cross-sell activity. Management noted that

migration activity remains a low single digit contributor to NRR. We view

Modernization Flex as a tailwind, lowering friction for IdentityIQ customers

to move to Identity Security Cloud while supporting broader adoption of

new capabilities over time.
