private credit facing redemption pressure, we draw a comparison to private REITs, which

faced similar concerns starting in 2022 in order to determine potential key drivers of BDC

inflow recovery.

•• BXDC: Initiate Coverage at Overweight. Our colleague Brendan Lynch initiated coverage of

BXDC, a Blackstone-managed digital infrastructure REIT, at Overweight. He believes the

company is well positioned to execute its acquisition strategy quickly given its first-mover
