Housing Act was a large topic of discussion, with AMH/INVH stating that while there
was still uncertainty around what final form (if any) legislation would take, the recent
House version of the Bill was a positive development – however, any potential ratings
upgrades are likely on hold until there is a resolution. For retail, despite all of the noise
around consumer health, leasing + retailer demand for space remained robust (with an
added tailwind from lack of new supply), tenant watchlists remain stable and traffic
across malls/strip centers has not seen material changes. In Office, commentary
indicated a broadening of leasing momentum across markets, specifically in NYC and SF;
additionally, despite noise earlier this year, office REITs said that they had not yet seen
