Our valuation methodology is primarily based on comparable company multiples, such as
EV/EBITDA, P/E, EV/FCF, EV/Revenue; Discounted Cash Flow; and sum-of-the-parts. We make

risks, including operational and cybersecurity risks. They are also affected by economic
