• R2000 Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited (FFH.TO; Non-US FTSE Russell Index Member) will acquire Kennedy-Wilson Holdings for cash. In the transaction, each share of Kennedy-Wilson Holdings will be exchanged for $10.90 in

cash. The merger was approved at Kennedy-Wilson’s shareholder meeting on June 10, 2026. Kennedy-Wilson will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the merger.

• R2000 Chiesi Group (privately held; not in the FTSE Russell Indexes) will acquire KalVista Pharmaceuticals through a cash tender offer. In the transaction, each share of KalVista Pharmaceuticals will be exchanged for $27.00 in cash.

The offer expired on June 10, 2026. KalVista Pharmaceuticals will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the tender offer.
