European Technology

Debrief from the 2026 EMEA

Technology Conference

Our EMEA Technology Conference this week saw us welcome European Technology Hardware

>40 key public and private companies and hundreds of NEUTRAL

investors. We had two days of meetings and interactive panel U.S.POSITIVEInternet

discussions with companies and industry experts from U.S. Semiconductors & Semiconductor

Capital Equipment

multiple technology-driven verticals. NEUTRAL

European Software & Payments

EMEA Internet: We hosted a panel on “Classifieds: the next 10 years” with representatives from NEUTRAL

AVIV, SMG, Property Finder and Cinven. The tone was generally constructive. We also hosted a U.S. Software

POSITIVEpanel on Autonomous Food Delivery with representatives from Manna Air Delivery, Starship

Technologies and Plural Platform. Discussion suggested autonomous delivery is moving into EMEA Internet

POSITIVEearly commercialisation, with proven unit economics and growing adoption, but scaling

remains constrained by regulation and capital deployment, with funding still largely early-stage EMEA Internet

VC-driven and manufacturing yet to scale. We also hosted company meetings with lots of our Andrew Ross, CFA

coverage. We felt there was a bit less debate on AI (albeit it hasn’t gone away entirely) with more +44 (0)20 7773 3023

focus returning to company fundamentals. We felt meetings with Scout24, Vend and Talabat andrew.ross@barclays.com

were supportive to our OW stance on these names and provide a brief summary of all our Barclays, UK

meetings in the note. We are available to chat at more length on request. European Software & Payments
