UBS View: The issues covered in this article appear to be limited to a competitor's public

sector contract in WA and hence we see limited read across for Sonic's imaging

operations.

RMD: "Nyxoah Announces Proposed Offering of Ordinary Shares" (EURONEXT, 4 Jun)

UBS View: Nyxoah, in which Resmed owns a ~4% share is seeking to raise $95m in the

US market to support expanding commercialization in the US, its R&D activities and to

advance commercialization in markets outside the US. Beyond the mark to market

implications of the sharp share price fall we see limited implications for Resmed.

CSL: "U.S. FDA Approves Pfizer’s HYMPAVZI for the Treatment of Two Additional

Hemophilia A or B Patient Populations with Significant Medical Need" (Pfizer, 8 Jun)

UBS View: Hympavzi's U.S. label expansion reflects the growing competitive

momentum from new and more convenient Haemophilia therapies.
