A recap on TalkTalk

TalkTalk Group consists of two units: [1] Consumer – this has 1.75m TalkTalk branded

broadband customers that generated £70m of Cash EBITDA in FY-26. The unit does not

have its own broadband network but has a contractual relationship with PXC; [2] PXC –

this is a wholesale unit that has agreements with various broadband infrastructure

providers – mainly BT/Openreach but also altnets including CityFibre and Community

Fibre.
