The European SF market is in high gear: 11 new deals priced last week in the primary 08 June 2026

market, while the secondary market had the third-busiest week ytd with elevated bid list Structured Finance

flows. Spreads were stable in secondary despite the supply surge, while in primary EMEA, APAC, LatAm

spreads were less consistent. The placed new issue volume ytd reached €85bn, which is ABS CMBS RMBS CLO

€4bn more than 1H2025 and the busiest start to the year since 2007. We are on track
