IV treatment, per mgmt. INCY believes they have the opportunity to convert IV prophylaxis

to monthly subcutaneous treatment with VGA039, and also expand prophylaxis adoption.

Mgmt estimates VGA039 potential to capture double the current prophylactic market,

representing ~4,000 - 5,000 patients in the US, though they noted that physician surveys

suggest up to 4-5x the current market (~8-10K patients). INCY has guided towards a >$1Bn

global peak sales opportunity, which we highlight can be achieved solely from conversion

of current ~2K prophylactic IV patients to VGA039, based on a ~$500K net annual price per

patient (per mgmt, reasonable against the $500K–$1M annual pricing range for RHHBY's

Hemlibra in hemophilia). With potential market expansion to 4-5K patients, we estimate peak

US sales opportunity of $2Bn - $2.5Bn.

Phase 3 topline incrementally de-risked, in our view. The pivotal VIVID-6 study is a

single-arm cross-over design enrolling patients 12–75 years of age with confirmed VWD

of any type, historical ABR ≥12, and no routine prophylaxis for at least 6 months, with

each patient serving as their own control through an observational period of ≥24 weeks.

Topline data is expected in early-2029, per mgmt. Mgmt highlighted the highly differentiated

mechanism of targeting Protein S, which they believe to be uniquely suited for the patient

population who requires better prophylactic treatment (Type 2-3 VWD). We think data for

VGA039 shared at ASH 2025 support a differentiated efficacy profile in VWD, demonstrating
