MEASURE: Price objective based on FY3/27 EV/EBITDA
Our price objective is based on our FY3/27 EBITDA estimate and an EV/
EBITDA multiple of around 10x (the average of Bloomberg consensus
estimates for the 15 logistics companies under our coverage). We previously
applied an EV/EBITDA multiple of around 8x to our FY3/26 estimate but now
raise our target multiple to reflect increase in the average for the companies
under our coverage.
