drawn, meaning the first tranche not only refinances existing debt but also provides additional liquidity.

We also see an important signalling effect. Pharmakon is one of the most established healthcare-focused lenders globally, and its

willingness to commit up to CHF250m at a fixed 7% rate provides external validation of the progress achieved by Idorsia over the

past 18 months.

Greater flexibility to maximise Quviviq's commercial potential

Beyond the refinancing itself, we believe the additional financial flexibility could support further investment behind Quviviq, the

group's most important commercial asset and key driver of its path towards profitability. To date, commercial efforts have

primarily focused on specialist prescribers, particularly psychiatrists and sleep specialists. We believe broader penetration of the

primary care channel could represent a meaningful additional growth opportunity over time.

Such an expansion would require incremental commercial investment but could significantly enlarge the addressable prescriber

base and accelerate patient adoption. In this context, management's reference to funding targeted initiatives aimed at

accelerating growth and long-term value creation appears particularly relevant.

More broadly, today's financing provides Idorsia with greater strategic flexibility to maximise the commercial value of Quviviq

while maintaining its disciplined approach to capital allocation.
