Acquisition of a fintech in wealth management

Key points:

Temenos is strengthening its wealth management business with the acquisition of Swiss company Additiv.

The deal will not have a significant impact on the group's financial targets nor on its buyback capacities.

Acquisition of Additiv

Temenos announced yesterday that it has acquired Additiv, a leading wealth-tech platform provider, to strengthen its wealth

management proposition and accelerate AI-driven financial services orchestration. The acquisition expands Temenos’ reach

beyond core banking by adding digital wealth management, investment advisory, and client engagement capabilities that are

already used by banks, wealth managers, and insurers worldwide. The transaction supports Temenos’ strategy of increasing its

exposure to higher-growth and more recurring revenue streams.

The deal should close in Q3. Several tenders participated, but Temenos already knew the company fairly well when it was put for

sale by the PEs.

Reinforcing Temenos wealth offering

From a commercial perspective, the acquisition should have a small positive impact on Temenos’ growth profile. Additiv’s

platform creates significant cross-selling opportunities across Temenos’ existing banking client base, while also increasing wallet
