• R1000 Danaher Corporation (DHR; FTSE Russell Index Member) will acquire Masimo Corporation for cash. In the transaction, each share of Masimo Corporation will be exchanged for $180.00 in cash. The merger was approved at

Masimo Corporation’s shareholder meeting on May 1, 2026. Masimo Corporation will be removed from the FTSE Russell Indexes upon completion of the merger.

• R2000 GoHealth has elected to voluntarily enter into Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection proceedings. FTSE Russell will remove GoHealth from the FTSE Russell Indexes on June 10, 2026 (after the close).
