Acciona Energia: to sell 64MW hydro portfolio to White J.P. Morgan India Private Limited

Acciona Energía announced on Friday it has reached an agreement for the sale of mukund.verma@jpmorgan.com

a 64MW hydro portfolio in northern Spain to White Summit Capital, an

infrastructure manager specializing in the energy transition. The transaction is Specialist Sales contact details:

valued at €66mn and is debt-free. The portfolio comprises 17 small hydroelectric

plants in Navarra and one in La Rioja with capacities ranging from 1MW to 6.2MW European Energy
