Four key highlights: Computex enhanced our optimistic outlook +886-2-8722 7347
We visited the booths of cable/connector and power component suppliers and rack Megan Li
ODMs at Computex. Our key findings are: 1) there could be 20% upside to our Associate Analyst
estimates for Rubin Ultra's power connection per rack; 2) BizLink remains the sole megan.li@ubs.com
supplier for Credo's high-end products (400G and above); 3) Voltronic could benefit +886-2-8722 7393
more from AIDC power sidecars, as it has a full product offering, including PDU, PSU,
BBU and CBU, which are likely to start contributing to earnings in 2027; and 4) a
growing offering of various automation solutions indicates sustained robust automation
demand, which is positive for Advantech's strong order momentum.
AIDC interconnect: power upside, BizLink leads in power, AEC products
Our on-site checks suggest the mainstream power rack architecture for Rubin is largely
the same as we noted previously, while there could be more upside for Rubin Ultra, as
there may be 12 more power whips used to connect power sidecars and the IT rack
(detailed specs in Figure 1SumaryofpowerarchitecturepowersuplyshowcasedatComputex). Designs are not yet finalized and could be subject to change.
On AEC data cables, our checks suggest most current shipments are still 400G and
800G. Among the booths at Computex, all AEC products used chips by Broadcom and
Marvell, suggesting BizLink remains the sole source for Credo regarding high-end
products (ie, 400G and above).
