ne data from TRIUMPH-1 was disclosed on

5/21/26 showing 28.3% weight loss at the highest dose tested (12mg) at Week 80, and

deepening to 30.3% weight loss at Week 104: Eli Lilly & Co: Retatrutide delivers in TRIUMPH-1

as top efficacy option in high BMIs; full data to come at ADA (05/21/26). Below we include IR

comments on key AEs of interest following the TRIUMPH-1 press release:

°° Dysesthesia: Events were generally mild to moderate, and the majority resolved during

treatment. Very few participants discontinued taking retatrutide, so we don't think it's a

barrier. It was also observed in Novo's sema 7.2 mg trial (note: this was the STEP UP trial

presented at ADA last year)

°° UTIs: Events were generally mild to moderate in severity and most resolved on treatment.

None led to treatment discontinuation. Bariatric surgery is also actually correlated with

increased rates of UTIs, so we don't think that this will negatively impact the willingness to

prescribe or take retatrutide.

°° Arrhythmia: Consistent with what has been seen in other incretin therapies, patients on

retatrutide experienced a modest increase in heart rate. But no imbalance in other cardiac

arrhythmias.

•• Retatrutide (GLP-1/GIP/glucagon) in T2D (TRANSCEND-T2D-1): "Results of First Phase 3

Study of Retatrutide, a GIP, GLP-1, and Glucagon Receptor Agonist in Patients with T2D

(TRANSCEND-T2D-1)". Detailed data at the Symposium session, Saturday 6/6, 1:55pm CT

following recent positive topline results in March 2026.
