BMBL: Our Peer Perform rating on BMBL is based on our belief that the company's progress will depend on

product/customer interface improvements, potentially trading off some near-term revenue opportunities for long term

monetization with the overhaul of Bumble core infrastructure slated to be released in Q2. We see this as reasonable

given the recent mgmt overhaul and stagnating industry growth in the LSD-MSD% range. We see a diminishing moat

for this business, given the difficulty in payer adds and a slow rollout of enhanced product upgrades.

DUOL: Our PP rating is based on our view of limited near-term meaningful positive estimate revision opportunities

against high investor expectations. With that said, Duolingo is one of the best growth assets in our coverage universe.

Its long runway for penetration growth in a large, expanding language learning market combined with improving

product features results in sustained top of funnel growth and user conversion. We remain confident in the company's

ability to execute, driving premium growth and margin expansion. We are optimistic about its long-term potential,

industry leadership position, and further share gain opportunities.

MTCH: Why OP? Though we continue to wait for improving core payer trends, we think new CEO & mgmt. team

has struck a more aggressive tone on investing behind potential growth vectors. Recent App Store changes and cost

reduction plans offer investment capital for mgmt. to lean in. Separately, if trends don't improve or look sustainable, we
