The poster hall has tidbits of useful clinical information for subpopulation efficacy or just early stage drug data. We

provide a snapshot of top eye-catching posters covering topics from early ADC data and GLP-1 benefit in tumors

to COVID shots enhancing immunotherapy.

The heavy hitters in oncologic discovery. Among the presentations displayed in the sprawling ASCO poster hall from

Saturday to Monday, we took note of those that gave us pause and left us with new questions worth pursuing.

Updated Phase 1 data of Pfizer's IB6-targeting ADC. The ongoing phase 3 SigVie-003 / Be6A Lung-02 trial is

evaluating PFE's sigvotatug vedotin (SV) with Merck's (MRK) pembrolizumab against SoC in 1L lung cancer with TPS

≥50%, and its rationale rests heavily on the phase 1 SGNB6A-001 data shown here (Abstract 8522). We'd highlight

solid response rates across all PD-L1 subgroups (86% in TPS ≥50%, 47% in TPS ≥1%, and a still-meaningful 56% in

TPS <1%) with a median response duration of 8.1 mos. This PD-L1 low signal is what makes this data so consequential

for a TPS all-comers study. These results provide the biological and clinical justification for PFE to pursue that broad

population; indeed, that phase 3 study in TPS all-comers will kick off later this year. On safety, we should flag that 26%

of patients discontinued treatment due to AEs related to drug. Two patients (out of 89) died due to AEs related to SV,

while AEs of interest include six G3+ instances of ILD/pneumonitis and four G3+ cases of peripheral neuropathy.
