evening, bringing together a senior leadership team that included Dr. Dean Li (EVP & President of Merck Research

Laboratories), Dr. Marjorie Green (SVP & Head of Oncology Global Development), Jannie Oosthuizen (EVP & President

of Oncology and MSD International), and Sophie Opdyke (SVP of Global Oncology). The presentation centered on the

proposition that the company has methodically executed on two strategic pillars outlined in 2021: maximizing Keytruda's

reach into earlier-stage disease and diversifying its pipeline across novel mechanisms. The fruits of that discipline are
