truckload capacity/rate takeaways from KNX CEO Adam Miller (see KNX note) and TFII

CFO David Saperstein and Senior EVP LTL Kal Atwal (see TFII note). Additionally, Aon

Risk Solutions Transportation and Logistics Practice Leader Rob Kibbe highlighted

broker insurance costs are set to scale post-Montgomery ruling, and expects smaller

brokers to face greater near-term pressure given they have less-developed vetting

procedures and fewer resources to quickly adapt to tightening standards (see Aon note).
